Servicii de repara?ii axe cardanice excavator tip 1400-30/7”- Directia Exploatare Miniera Axele cardanice sunt destinate a realiza transmiterea fluxului de putere între doua subansambluri ale lantului cinematic, respectiv între un motor electric de actionare si un reductor cu roti dintate (decalate axial, simultan atât în plan orizontal cât si în plan vertical cu un unghi maxim de transmitere ß=150) sau în alte cazuri între doua reductoare cu roti dintate. Constructiv, axele cardanice sunt formate din doua articulatii cardanice legate printr-un arbore canelat si un arbore tubular cu manson canelat, acestia din urma, formând si cupla de translatie. Furcile cardanice exterioare arborelui se termina cu flansele de legatura ale caror cote de gabarit si de legatura sunt prezentate în anexa 1. Axul cardanic tip LDH 00.12, respectiv KF2132847 se monteaza la grupul de antrenare al rotorului port cupe de la excavatorul de mare capacitate cu excavare continua de tip ERC 1400-30/7 clasic, respectiv ERC 1400-30/7 modernizat.
Axele cardanice sunt utilizate la mecanismul de actionare al rotii cu cupe la excavatoarele Erc. 1400-30/7 clasice si modernizate.
