Litigation files, with their calendar
Each case carries its parties, subject, court and history. Hearing dates go into their own calendar and produce reminders ahead of the hearing — not on the morning itself, when nothing can be done about it.
Monitoring the court portal
Watched cases are checked automatically against the national court portal. When a new hearing date, a ruling or a change of panel appears, you learn about it without anyone visiting the site by hand every day. That is the difference between knowing and remembering to check.
Garda — the daily fiscal sentinel
A daily sweep across every active organisation builds a risk board: invoices not yet submitted to e-Factura, invoices sitting in the tax portal and not booked in the ledger, formal demands, tokens and transport codes about to expire, filings with a near deadline.
An escalation ladder runs over that board: an untreated risk does not stay a dot on a screen nobody opens — it climbs. Escalation is idempotent per (organisation, item, step), so one risk does not notify you ten times about the same thing.
Worth knowing
The most expensive legal and fiscal problems do not appear suddenly; they sat for weeks somewhere nobody was looking. A hearing tomorrow and an invoice unsubmitted for ten days share one defect — they are visible only if someone looks. Here the system looks, every day.
