Accountants are never counted and never billed
On any plan, with no cap. Invite your colleagues, external collaborators and the person who only reviews the ledger — the price does not move.
This is not generosity. Per-seat pricing makes you choose between giving someone access and paying for it, and in practice what happens is that people share logins. That destroys the audit trail: every entry is attributed to the wrong account, and on the day of an inspection you cannot say who did what.
What you pay for is the number of companies in the portfolio, through the organizations resource pack. The price tracks the size of your practice, not the size of your team.
Switch clients without losing your place
Pick the company from the top bar and everything on screen follows. It is not a new session, you do not sign in again, and the filter you just set survives. Rights are per client: a collaborator can have access to three companies out of twenty, and the rest never appear in their list.
Every action is written to that company's own audit log, against the real user who performed it.
One tax calendar across the portfolio
A single calendar shows every company's deadlines: VAT returns, informative statements, payroll filings, SAF-T, annual accounts. Filter by filing type and see at a glance who is submitted, who is in progress and who has not sent their documents yet.
The deadlines are not typed in. They come from each company's tax profile — VAT registered or not, monthly or quarterly, micro or profit tax — so a company that changes its fiscal vector changes its deadlines with it, without anyone intervening.
Documents arrive on their own
Supplier invoices come in from the tax authority's portal, statements from the bank over open banking, and whatever the client photographs arrives through their own portal and lands in the right company. What is missing shows up as missing rather than as silence.
For anything that arrives on paper, OCR extracts the supplier, the amount and the VAT, and you confirm. The rest of the postings are automatic and editable.
Migrating from SAGA or another program
Import from a Firebird backup or from the tax-portal archive: partner records, chart of accounts, opening balances, invoice history. We run the import against a trial company first, so you can compare the trial balance before anything moves.
A practice with thirty companies does not migrate in a day, and does not have to: keep part of the portfolio here and the rest where it is, for as long as you need.
